As the Sacred Wind moves through Mia’s wind chimes, its voice whispers secrets. It directs her, and she in turn leads her family and her people, the Warriors of the Hilltop, in the search for a new home. As they cross barren plains and hoodoo-covered mountain ranges, the Warriors make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and encounter enemies powerful enough to destroy them and end their search for a better world.
